General Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase

Considering the sale of products through online channels;
Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by the store;
These terms are intended to establish the general conditions for the use and purchase of products by the Customer through the website.

I – Confidentiality

Bellessent is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchasing process.
Our website security is monitored daily and protected against hacker attacks through our "Secure Site" certification.

II – Customer Service (SAC)

Customers can contact our Customer Service to clarify questions, make requests, or submit complaints related to their order or any content on the site.
Support is available by phone, WhatsApp, or email as indicated on the website.

III – Shipping Policy

The delivery time is indicated during the checkout process and is counted in business days. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, with some exceptions on weekends and holidays.

III.I – Product compatibility verification
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify that the product dimensions are suitable. If they are not, the Customer must refuse delivery and contact our Customer Service immediately.

III.II – Delivery attempts
Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the address provided, on alternate days and with intervals of up to 48 hours.
An authorized adult (18+) with valid ID must be present at the delivery address to receive the product.
If all three attempts fail, the order will be returned to the Bellessent Distribution Center.

III.III – No changes after order confirmation
Once an order is confirmed, it will not be possible to change the payment method or shipping address, request priority shipping, or pay cash on delivery.

III.IV – Delivery time
Delivery time is calculated based on product availability, location, invoice processing, and product preparation time.
Customers will receive automatic email and SMS updates on the status of their order.

III.V – Free shipping
Shipping is free nationwide.

III.VI – Limitations of the carrier
Delivery personnel are not authorized to:

  • Enter your home

  • Install or maintain products

  • Open packaging

  • Deliver to an address other than the one listed on the invoice

  • Deliver to minors or people without valid identification

III.VII – Government withholdings
Bellessent is not responsible for the retention of products by government agencies (such as customs or tax authorities) when this is due to matters related to the customer.
In such cases, it is the client's responsibility to resolve the matter with the appropriate agency.

IV – Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the invoice (DANFE), manual, and all accessories.

  • The item must be in unused condition.

IV.I – How to request a refund
The Customer must initiate the return process through our Customer Service (CSS).

IV.II – Inspection of returns
Once the returned product arrives at our Distribution Center, it will be inspected.
If all conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.

IV.III – Refunds on credit card purchases
If the purchase was made by credit card, the card issuer will be notified to process the refund.
The reversed charge will appear on your next or subsequent statement as a single transaction, regardless of the fees.
The timeframe for processing the refund is determined by the card issuer.
