Free Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimums and no hidden handling fees at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery Times

• United States: 2 to 5 business days after processing.
• International: delivery times vary by destination. Your tracking link will show the latest estimate.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your Mellou is on its way, we'll email your tracking details. If it's been more than 5 business days and you haven't received tracking, reach out and we'll sort it out right away.
