We think the only way to know if a pillow is right for you is to actually sleep on it, in your own bed, for more than one night. That's why every Mellou comes with a 100-night risk-free trial.
Your 100-Night Trial
Sleep on your Mellou for up to 100 nights. If you're not waking up more comfortable, simply contact us for a full refund. No lengthy forms, no runaround. (We do suggest giving it at least two weeks, since your body needs a little time to adjust to proper alignment.)
How to Start a Return
- Email support@mellou.co with your order number.
- We'll reply with simple return instructions.
- Once confirmed, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
2-Year Warranty
Every Mellou is built to hold its shape and support, and we back that with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your pillow flattens, splits, or fails under normal use within two years, we'll replace it free of charge.
